Pack Your Items
Securely pack your items in the original packaging, ensuring all designer tags remain attached and the shipment is properly sealed.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt.
